Fixing the road. In May we already created a more solid road with a new canal on the side of the rice paddies. Before that it was just a small path. But for the trucks to successfully enter the site it needed some more work. They also started with the temporary housing for the builders (and there families). We evaluated the site plotting, positioning and levels with the architects and contractors. We also marked the trees that had to go due to hazard or unfortunate placement. But most of the trees are still there! And with the excavator on site, we made our first dig!
